Preparing Your Child for Kindergarten Success

Our 4K program has been designed to give children the confidence, skills, and enthusiasm that are needed for a successful school experience. Through the use of structured lessons, play-based learning, and hands-on activities, we nurture math and literacy skills, social-emotional development, and motor skills, all in a warm, supportive environment. Each day is thoughtfully planned to create an engaging setting where children feel encouraged to discover, explore, and grow.

Age Requirement

Children in the 4K program must be 4 years old on or before September 1 of the current school year to be eligible to enroll in the program. This ensures that they are developmentally ready to participate in a structured learning environment that can foster growth in all areas of early childhood education. We feel it is most appropriate to wait for this age so students can fully embrace the skills being taught.

Updated Curriculum

We are overjoyed to announce and introduce the use of the CKLA (Core Knowledge Language Arts) curriculum that will replace our previous Creative Curriculum Program. This play-based learning approach is able to strengthen early literacy and language development while also incorporating interactive and hands-on experiences.We use the Second Step curriculum, which incorporates a variety of tools—including social stories and visuals—to support our young children in developing problem-solving skills. Additionally, we provide uninterrupted playtime, offering children valuable opportunities to practice and strengthen their social skills. CKLA aligns with the Wisconsin State Early Learning Standards, which means that it prepares children for academic success.
