Hi! My name is Ms. Charlotte. I’m from Sun Prairie and I graduated from UW-Eau Claire in 2022, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in English, French, and Literature. I’ve been a part of the Teddy’s Place family since my brother and I attended as students, and I’ve worked here at the center since 2018. I have experience teaching students of all ages. I’m so excited to be teaching here in Room 4!
I’m driven by seeing students excited to learn more about themselves, their friends, and the world around them, and I foster this growth through storytelling and hands-on activities—especially in nature. I believe that learning through play and interacting with the environment keeps students engaged and curious.
I grew up speaking English and French and enjoy using both languages in the classroom. I love to write, read, make art, and spend time in nature. Some of my favorite activities include hiking, camping, drawing, and journaling. I’m also very passionate about the environment and volunteer at organizations that help protect our planet.
My goal is to empower students by creating a fun and safe environment where kindness, curiosity, and imagination create a lifelong interest in learning.
